Wash feet of sand before entering the cottage. There is a foot wash station outside next to the garage.

Wash, dry and put away dishes before leaving or load and start the dishwasher.

Smoking allowed outside only. No smoking in the garage. Dispose of butts and do not leave around the property.

Tenants agree to leave premises clean and in good order.

Tenants agree to maintain quiet after 10:00 pm and further abide by all posted rules by the vendor as well as federal, municipal and provincial laws and bylaws.
